I will not say recommend or not recommend I will just list my experience and let you decidennPros Overall nice position and very close to the Orange line station Price is comparatively cheaper for this area with the heating included Staffs are nice iI will not say recommend or not recommend I will just list my experience and let you decidennPros Overall nice position and very close to the Orange line station Price is comparatively cheaper for this area with the heating included Staffs are nice in general except some specific issues stated as followsnnCons Mostly management issues First they always like to enter your apartment for checking or maintenance This happens at least once per month Also the time to enter your apartment can be quite random Fairly speaking they would give you a notice before any action However the time listed there can be as long as one week or even two weeks If you are similar to me having many precious valuables figures jewelleries in your apartment this can be very troublesome Also what is the reason of doing the same checking or maintenance frequently Why is it still compulsory if the tenants or should I regard myself a tenant declare that the apartment is finennAnother more serious problem is the fire alarm testing You may need to suffer a fire alarm test from 930 am to 1100 am at least a week in the year This can be painful if you work at home right I am a mathematician You have no way to complain or ask for the reason why the same test is conducted every day Important message you need to accept every action they want whenever they give you a notice Basically they can do everything they like after sending a notice You have no choice no matter you think it is reasonable or notnnSometimes hot water supply stops during your shower It takes time for the hot water to recover Kids may play in the playground quite loudly during the weekendnnOverall I would suggest you to think carefully if you would like to have a quiet nondisturbing and private apartment like me and my wife If you look for something convenient and cheaper thats OKmore ...hide ...
