I deliver food here, and Ive delivered food to many \"projects\" besides here too. Its not bad at all as far as they go. I would have no problem living there. Sure your typical millennial whos smoking pot, and playing video games and doesnt tip good, or even at all. But if thats the worst thing there is to deal with. Its a pretty nice place. I feel safe going there, and I like the people that live there. I dont know about the management, or the people that are complaining about them, but I have a feeling theres a bit of a \"disconnect\" between them. I wouldnt let it stop me from trying to get a place there, unless I was an immature, and unreasonable person who didnt want to follow the rules. If that were the case.
