The tellers are friendly however the drive thru is the slowest ever I have been here 12 minutes with a car in front of me and now Im up here sent my stuff and nothing yet

I039m a single mom relocating from Vermont with my 4 year old I work for Uber and have a remote job that I can continue with after the move I039m a responsible professional quiet clean ideal tenant No criminal record no drugs no parties bills paid mind my own and would keep up the property in excellent condition I finally got an Emergency Housing Voucher that includes security deposit application fees and extra incentives for landlords willing to give me the opportunity and home
My voucher is for 2 bedroom apartment at or below the poverty limits of the city I039m figuring it to be around 1500 It039s just me and my kid I039m an Uber driver and other self employment gig jobs that I can do from anywhere

My elderly parents were admitted to Landmark in late October 2018. Michele , the admissions liaison, was fabulous to work with. Ive been here going on 4 years and like it very much. A safe environment with attentive staff and maintenance. A very slow elevator, but no reason not to live here! The building and grounds are very well kept. The individual units are for the most part ok. Nothing fancy here laminate countertops, no dishwashers.
