This place is far from professional. Last year, we had viewed an apartment and decided to wait before resuming our search. We saw their advertisement on apartments.com so on 4/17, I left a voicemail but never received a response, so I filled out the This place is far from professional. Last year, we had viewed an apartment and decided to wait before resuming our search. We saw their advertisement on apartments.com so on 4/17, I left a voicemail but never received a response, so I filled out the inquiry form online on 4/24 and was emailed saying we can schedule a walkthrough; yet when I called, no one answered. After waiting some time and calling again with still no answer, I emailed them and was given a vague, rude response that they have a waitlist at Pinewood Estates and Rolling Meadows with no apartments to show at Pinewood Estates currently. If there is indeed a waitlist as stated in the email earlier in the day asking if we wanted to view an apartment available Monday-Friday 9-5 then it should be advertised - this lack of communication is concerning! Other apartments always answer when called which shows how poor their customer service etiquette is; this makes you question what living there would be like so unfortunately this place will not be considered anymore. more ... hide ...
