Calls and emails are ignored and maintenance doesn't take care of anything that needs fixing. I had to fix several things myself when I moved in seven weeks ago; Lidia blamed NEI who built the apartments for not doing so. After three months living there, requests made during the first week have still gone unanswered. Maintenance installed laundry machines after two months which caused two gas leaks and a flood due to incorrect installation. Magdalene Luciano, Lidia's boss, made many promises on a phone call but followed through with none of them - she also does not respond to emails or calls afterwards despite knowing about all these complaints.
