The website indicated that the rent for a one bedroom apartment was $1,014, so I called to inquire about renting one. However, the person I spoke with said the starting rent was actually $1,500. This was an act of robbery on the highway! The photographs don't even look that attractive for the rent to be so expensive. If you are willing to pay that amount, I suggest renting at Tuscan Village since it is much nicer and has more amenities. The person I talked to acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and said he would have to contact the person in charge. I have been monitoring this apartment for a few months now and the past four months the rent was listed as $1,014 on various websites such as apartment.com, apartmentguide.com, Trulia, and Zillow. They need to update the information as soon as possible so people like me don't get their hopes up. I thought I had finally found something affordable. I do not recommend this place due to their FALSE advertisement. It is best to look somewhere else.more ...hide ...
