For 25 years I have lived here, and the new property management is in violation of our rights. They don't answer the phone, hand out lease violations without giving us the chance to explain our side, and have reduced theFor 25 years I have lived here, and the new property management is in violation of our rights. They don't answer the phone, hand out lease violations without giving us the chance to explain our side, and have reduced the number of handicap parking spots to just 10. As soon as the government said no masks outside, they told us we couldn't sit on our patio in front of the building. Some people are getting away with whatever they please, the trash is not being taken away, and there's no maintenance person to take care of it. The lobby chairs are taped up, the washing machines in every building are broken and they don't take responsibility for it. The office door is not opened and when you call, all they say is call, don't open the door. The leases are messed up and nothing has been done to fix it. Our bird feeders were taken away due to mice, but that's a lie. It's because of the renovations. They say work will be done and it doesn't. The windows they installed leak, and some people can park anywhere they want, even in handicap spots without a placard, and nothing is done about it. People prop the security door open all the time, and I've called the office several times but still nothing is being done. The living conditions are very bad and present a lot of health concerns, including people parking in the fire lanes. The one person cleaning the building doesn't even change the watermore ...hide ...

They get all these complaints and charge a lot but can€™t make sure the camera works when they€™re actively and constantly receiving complaints about the issue? I also wanna point out a review on here that seems to have been given 3 weeks ago with 3 stars.. reviewer left no explanation, but gave the marshfield inn 5 stars and spoke on it like it was the ritz- that motel has bed bugs. It€™s a dump.. can€™t imagine that reviewer should be taken seriously lolmore ...hide ...
