My husband and I recently located to the Ames Shovel Works Apartments We looked at many homes in the area and found the unique architecture and open conceptloft style apartments at Ames to be perfect for us Since moving in we have found the apartment My husband and I recently located to the Ames Shovel Works Apartments We looked at many homes in the area and found the unique architecture and open conceptloft style apartments at Ames to be perfect for us Since moving in we have found the apartment and grounds to be very very quiet a big plus for us and the neighbors to be friendly and gracious The staff Abby Jess Fran and Pete are especially attentive and helpful especially during our initial visit and the leasing process After moving in we discovered a small issue with a leak from the upstairs shower into our pantry a gasket had dried up from lack of use by the prior tenant and the issue was resolved quickly by the apartments contracted plumber We are impressed The grounds are kept clean and the paths and parking lots clear of snow and ice It is especially nice to live in a home where cats and dogs are welcome And we are so happy to be living in a green space where the water quality is most excellent and recycling and energy savings are encouraged more ... hide ...
