I'm not a tenant, but I visit my friend here a lot. The apartment is advertised as a 'Luxury' for the price of 2.5k+ a month and it might be, but the quality of living is going in the wrong direction. I have asthma and every time I'm here I have to take my inhaler out. I'm curious how they show this place to potential tenants because as soon as you open the door to the hallway, the smell of cigarettes will hit you like a wall. Honestly, it's the same as an old nightclub restroom. It's awful. My friend's unit is far away from the smell, but it's still a nuisance when you have to walk through that smoke every time you go out and come back. My friend is already looking for a new place. I understand why; why pay such a high price for a smoky old club and bad management? If they cared about the other tenants, the smell would've been gone by now.more ...hide ...
