For oneInitially looks nice, but look more closely and you€™ve got a pretty shoddy, noisy, uncomfortable, and inconvenient living situation.1. You cannot park near your apartment, even if you have a handicap sticker. For one building the closest handicapped parking space is 75 feet from the front door of the apartment building. Some spots are 200 feet away.2. It is EXTREMELY noisy here. The walls are so thin that you can hear every word of your neighbors€™ conversations. I need hearing aids but even when I don€™t have them in I can hear my neighbors quite clearly. Today the landscapers used the leaf blowers at 8 AM this morning and then again at 6 PM. Why would they do this? These are extremely loud, commercial leaf blowers. They have to be doing this at management€™s request. That will give you some kind of an idea as to what management is like here. The landscapers are here six days a week, all day, making noise of all kinds. This property is not that big, so one has to wonder if that is really necessary. I used to live in a development of 35 acres of wooded land in Florida and the landscapers would come once a week from 9 to 5 and they were able to get the job done in that amount of time. What are the landscapers doing here for over 40 hours a week making an excessive amount of noise, other than bothering the residents?3. Each apartment has an alarm that you can pull that apparently pages the paramedics. This is not a silent alarm. In fact, it is a rather loud alarm that everyone in the building can hear and it goes off at all hours of the day and night, and it goes off almost daily. Again, why have this set up to do this unless it is to annoy the residents?4. The apartments aren€™t just small, they are teeny tiny at 500 square feet.I could go on and on, but there€™s just not enough space here.more ...hide ...
