Have lived here for a year alreadyrecently renewed my lease for another year The value is great and the building itself is relatively quiet The biggest issue living Merrimack Streetside is the amount of noise from the dive bar across the street Its g Have lived here for a year alreadyrecently renewed my lease for another year The value is great and the building itself is relatively quiet The biggest issue living Merrimack Streetside is the amount of noise from the dive bar across the street Its genuinely annoying but my windows are sound proof enough to where it doesnt necessarily bother me on weekends I lived in the rear of the building prior to this and while it is much quieter you also dont really get as much direct sunlight I faced an alley and it was a boring viewnnAs for the value you really cant beat it For the amenities included and style of the apartments I personally love it Its a slight pain to have to pay for public parking in a city structure and walking a block to and from your car but its a small price to pay for this place Its really tough to find anything with off street parking washerdryer central ACHeat anywhere closer to Boston for this pricennManagement is great and responsive You will have no issues there more ... hide ...

Marketed as luxury but theyre really just regular apartments The walls are paper thin so your neighbors genuinely sound like they are in your apartment with you The very top floor has no windows other than skylights so you might go a little stircrazy Marketed as luxury but theyre really just regular apartments The walls are paper thin so your neighbors genuinely sound like they are in your apartment with you The very top floor has no windows other than skylights so you might go a little stircrazy up therennThe location is convenient There are tons of restaurants and fun places in the area to check out My issue with the location is its right near the fire station I constantly hear sirens and have to pause my conversations since one cant be heard over the noisennThere is no parking so you have to park in a nearby parking garage which is very aggravating You have to lug your groceries and whatever else over a block to your apartment There is technically an elevator but its out of order more often than its working Therefore on top of walking from the garage you often have to walk up numerous flights of stairs to get to your apartmentnnSecurity is a bit of an issue There is a fob near the front entrance of the building but often people wait outside the apartment building looking to enter with you I have had packages stolen as they are left right in the front lobby which can be seen through the glass on the front door Despite the lack of security for packages and such there have been no security cameras or other types of theft prevention implemented which brings me to managementnnManagement is responsive for the most part other than Dan If you want something done especially in a timely manner do not contact him If you attempt to contact Dan you will likely not receive a response If you do receive a response he is generally away and not available to help anyway on top of seeming fairly disinterested When I reached out regarding my package being stolen and suggested theft prevention I basically got a well sorry about that but youre on your own Therefore I dont feel as though Merrimack Street really cares about the security and comfort of their renters more ... hide ...
