My experience with this complex has been negative from the start. My bathtub was dirty, rust spots, floor wasnt cleaned, sink looked awful. The kitchen wasnt much better. The fridge was disgusting, bulbs in the overhead light were dead lol the unit w My experience with this complex has been negative from the start. My bathtub was dirty, rust spots, floor wasnt cleaned, sink looked awful. The kitchen wasnt much better. The fridge was disgusting, bulbs in the overhead light were dead lol the unit was a mess from the start. However, this is not my only complaint. The management is also a mess. The property manager told me that the system made a "mistake" and my unit cost more than what was originally agreed upon. On top of that, they want me to pay the additional charge to make up the difference all because they messed up. I dont know about you, but that sounds shady to me. How am I paying for their mistake? Yikes. The parking is also garbage, and the grounds people dont care about the property. My car was also broken into recently. There are good things about this complex, but the bad outweighs them. I would consider another complex if you have the time and money to do so. more ... hide ...
