Additionally, the leasing process is laborious and complicated, and a compliance office is used to make the ultimate decision on whether or not to accept an application. Furthermore, the rent is income-dependent; what is listed on the application or website may not be the actual cost. The leasing staff are also disorganized, unfriendly and tardy. Miscommunication is a frequent occurrence; I have applied twice and both times some of the documents were lost, resulting in a longer period of approval. Nor were they able to give me an expected move-in date or when the apartment would be ready. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
