I am a fairly new resident but so far its a great place to live Still trying to get the hang of where the apartment is in relation to everywhere else because its such a big building but as of right now Im glad to call this my home

I have lived here with my roommate for about 4 months now My apartment is in the back 2nd floor and faces the pond so it is very quiet and I barely hear my neighbors The rooms are fairly big in my opinion and we got a great deal They like every apartI have lived here with my roommate for about 4 months now My apartment is in the back 2nd floor and faces the pond so it is very quiet and I barely hear my neighbors The rooms are fairly big in my opinion and we got a great deal They like every apartment complex jack up rent prices in the summer months So I highly recommend applying in the off season We applied in April and our apartment is now roughly 500 more a month in August looking at their website Our utilities in the summer are about 200 a month for two adultsnnMore perks It is very convenient to the metro and shoppingrestaurants at Pike Rose The staff has always been super friendly towards me and moving in was pretty easy The free attached garage parking and pool is an added bonusnnWhile the parking is free the garage is in bad shape Constant waterfalls coming from the ceiling and parts of the ceiling missing It looks like it is about to cave any minute Only complaint thoughmore ...hide ...

Ms. Mary Sweeney, the Marketing Coordinator, was invaluable in the organization of the move and transition. Special recognition should go to the Revitz house Director, Ms. Diane Stern. She has created a productive and well-run workplace, as well as a fantastic place for the tenants to enjoy a hassle-free lifestyle. There are many social activities and exciting events.
