2022-08-11T02:08:04ZUPDATE The manager did email with excuses and lies when I caught her lying and proved it she ignored it She offered no apology for her and her staffs unwillingness to complete repairs and the way they treat their residents She called me and left a UPDATE The manager did email with excuses and lies when I caught her lying and proved it she ignored it She offered no apology for her and her staffs unwillingness to complete repairs and the way they treat their residents She called me and left a voicemail that a contractor would be out tomorrow and then my husband called the office and they said it would be at least a week since they need new vendors and apparently the last 8 months was not enough time to fix my ac or even look at much less find a contractor Want further proof look at the other reviews her response is always the same which shows a lack of understanding why residents hate it here and how to take responsibility for individual issues she just uses a script Current residents be careful they will lie to get you to sign a new lease and not follow through with their promises If they really wanted to make things right it wouldnt take calls to corporate and threatening emails to get them to do their job It is too late to pretend to carennI wish I could leave zero stars This apartment complex is horrible You would be better off living ANYWHERE else The management office cannot respond to work orders or emails They are rude and discriminate I have had issues since November and they do not do anything to fix them They are only there to collect rent and care nothing about the residents or the property The amenities are closed without notice They enter your apartment without notice and always leave a mess The manager has ignored emails and will not fix our AC or address any of the issues There is a huge roach problem there are cops there all the time we get harassed regularly and maintenance is a joke From what I have seen stay away from this place and all of Fairfield Residential more ... hide ...
