Rent is very reasonable compared to other similar buildings in the Washington Metro area. Many apts from 2nd to 4th floor may have a balcony. Most apts are 1 bedrooms but 2 bedroom apts are at a premium. Apts have central air conditioning. Pet friendly (less than 20 lbs). Apts are wired for telephone and cable service; building front door has security access but camera is disfuntional, ANALOG. Horseshoe shaped structure with a remarkable, well manicured outside \"plaza\" with greenery, umbrella tables & chairs, and with an unusual water sculpture, benches & walkways.
