I just moved in 9122 and Im actually pretty pleased this far I have a renovated unit which I absolutely love Ms Toni was the best She kept me updated through the entire process and made sure that my unit was completely finished and cleaned before my I just moved in 9122 and Im actually pretty pleased this far I have a renovated unit which I absolutely love Ms Toni was the best She kept me updated through the entire process and made sure that my unit was completely finished and cleaned before my movein I did have to put in a maintenance request but they came out within 48 hours of the ticket being put in I will admit I have seen a few roaches but a couple of roach baits took care of that really quickly I like that they do family nights I hope to attend the next one My only complaint is there is no online resident portal meaning you have to drop off rent in person which is a slight inconvenience if you do not work a traditional 95 Other than that not too shabby more ... hide ...

First problem no pictures of the kitchen or bathroom really no pictures of the interior at all So I call and make an appointment to see the inside they dont have any available Suspect Next problem I said well tell me about the movie in specials she s First problem no pictures of the kitchen or bathroom really no pictures of the interior at all So I call and make an appointment to see the inside they dont have any available Suspect Next problem I said well tell me about the movie in specials she says there are none I said theres a sign out front of the building as you pull up it says ask about our move in specials She said oh that expired we just havent taken a sign down yet Thats enough red flags for me they wont get me If you live here bless your heart If you dont Please make a better decision these people have no intention of doing any better and if they were proud of their property theyd have some pictures My interactions before even moving in let me know that this is not going to work out well Dont do it yall more ... hide ...

I hate living here living here gives me actual depression I just dont understand why this is something you pay to live like TOO MANY ROACHES AND WE CATCH LIKE 3 MICE A WEEK They dont do anything AC and garbage disposal has been broken for days and no I hate living here living here gives me actual depression I just dont understand why this is something you pay to live like TOO MANY ROACHES AND WE CATCH LIKE 3 MICE A WEEK They dont do anything AC and garbage disposal has been broken for days and not even a knock on the door to at least acknowledge the problem We sleep with it 89 degrees in here and are currently washing dishes in the tub due to the broken disposal not to mention how uncomfortable it already is to sleep feeling like theres a roach crawling on you every hour I will get on my knees and Thank God the day we move from this dirty complex more ... hide ...
