The building is dilapidated, maintenance is awful, and the leasing manager is unhelpful, condescending, and downright rude. Money is their priority, not making improvements. Rent is calculated based on utility usage. Washing machines have feces in them that the management and cleaning staff never address. The building is over 17 years old and has never been renovated, and there is only one maintenance worker for 149 units. Apartments are minuscule, and the bathroom is so close to the front door that you can reach it from the toilet. Carpet is ancient and the halls have a musty smell. Extermination is a joke; there was even a case of someone dying in their apartment and not being discovered for a week! Avoid this place altogether and look elsewhere. Roaches, rodents, fleas, and bed bugs are common here. more ... hide ...

I can't say enough good things about the Laurel Lakes Senior Apartments. Liz, Shavon, and Sammy are always so helpful and go out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable.
