Nice place

The neighborhood and property are very nice. Unfortunately, the bathroom, kitchen cabinets and drawers, stove, refrigerator, and carpeting had not been thoroughly cleaned to remove the dirt, grease, and grime left by the former tenants. Unfortunately, the bathroom, kitchen cabinets and drawers, stove, refrigerator, and carpeting had not been thoroughly cleaned to remove the dirt, grease, and grime left by the former tenants. The range hood above the stove was peeling and was missing oven racks. After replacing the range hood and finding the right size racks, we discovered dead bugs in the entryway light globe. The maintenance man removed, cleaned, and replaced it. When I pointed out the stains on the carpeting, he spot cleaned it but I suspect there may be a biting bug and the bedroom carpeting had a faint moldy odor. My husband gave the landlord a move-in report asking for the maintenance issues to be fixed and the carpet to be cleaned or replaced, but he was told it was his responsibility to have the carpet cleaned, and that they had already cleaned it and had recently replaced it.
