In my estimation, the Conifer Manager Company running 104 Pleasant Ridge Drive should be rated among the worst management companies when it comes to meeting the daily needs of seniors. The inhabitants of the building have been attempting to hold tenaIn my estimation, the Conifer Manager Company running 104 Pleasant Ridge Drive should be rated among the worst management companies when it comes to meeting the daily needs of seniors. The inhabitants of the building have been attempting to hold tenant meetings to address various issues they have with the building, however the manager, Kory Rogers, has been using intimidating tactics to prevent seniors from taking part in the association meetings and attempting to prevent any progress on the living conditions, such as the cleanliness and safety of the building. The elderly have been pushing for the management to take responsibility for upkeep and air quality since 2019. This structure is a tax credit building, funded by taxpayer money, and the management are making money to guarantee the safety and tidiness of the seniors and the general public. We request that if any of your family members live at this location, they join us in protesting for the removal of Kory Rogers from her managerial duties. The new Manager doesnt show interest in senior issues she doesnt want to listen to any concerns that an individual might have She is very confused and unapproachable

Catholic charities is a very good organization however I was robbed by one of their employees there. Aunsheree stole my rent money out my purse.. Worst experience I have ever had. During the time I lived there no kne answered the phone or was in office. I made appointments and would get emailed to cancel the appointment within minutes of my arriving. I sent noticeWorst experience I have ever had. I sent notice that I would not renew my lease and returned the key. A year later they are harassing me claiming they \"cannot find\" the key and the now office manager says she \" cannot access emails or rental statements\" Even Kathy in corporate called me and tried to blame me because they \"cannot find\" my paperwork. I have had several apartmw to call to try to get rental statements. Very rude, unprofessional and they will certainly blame you for their lack of professionalism and organization.
