The rental office staff seem to be unconcerned as they always respond with the same thing: "the janitor/handy man has ordered supplies and is still waiting to receive them." We moved in June, but it is now almost September and none of the issues have been taken care of. An exterminator was sent in yet they did nothing; my husband was able to catch more mice than they did. I am so tired of calling them because it is pointless. I am now planning to contact their corporate office, since it is my last option. I am also considering speaking to the authorities about what my options may be in making this a legal issue because I am not satisfied with this property management. I will post pictures and updates about the things I am complaining about. I would not recommend anyone moving here. more ... hide ...

Mouse infested apartments with consistent longstanding parking problems A 4car parking pass limit would be fine if we had the space but we dont and we never have This forces longtime residents with only 2 cars to park out on the street at night which Mouse infested apartments with consistent longstanding parking problems A 4car parking pass limit would be fine if we had the space but we dont and we never have This forces longtime residents with only 2 cars to park out on the street at night which often means a 510 minute walk back to your apartment based on how many cars are out there Im a young woman who works nights Thats a safety concern People have been known to grill on the balconies despite it being illegal and there being very little action to penalize those with grills visibly on their balconies The Management is nice but a tad too lenient in the wrong places which makes living here not great Just wish the 4car max would be dropped to 2 cars per unit and that the longstanding rodent problem be solved once and for all more ... hide ...

We have complained since the very first day of occupancy about mice and cocroaches it has been 10 months and still the same disgusting pests Last week I complained and they told me I could pick up glue boards for the mice anytime and they could send We have complained since the very first day of occupancy about mice and cocroaches it has been 10 months and still the same disgusting pests Last week I complained and they told me I could pick up glue boards for the mice anytime and they could send an exterminator over in about 2 weeks Like I pay rent and I should deal with the mice myself No Ive contacted the building department housing department health department and legal counsel They are not going to get away with this anymore DO NOT RENT HERE Ive talked do with 6 other residents and they all have the same problem so we are filing our official complaints together and will use the same attorney This is unacceptable And FYI all 6 of us are excellent housekeepers Our units are spotless clean more ... hide ...
