Even when I think I may have taxed his patience with my many questions and/or concerns, he assures me that I am really no bother and proceeds to make certain I have whatever information I am seeking before closing the call. In short, Grant never fails at being polite and courteous. I am extremely happy with how I am time and time again treated with such remarkable kindness, genuine consideration, and unwavering support.
