I have had nothing but issues with Broadway Overlook in Baltimore, MD since I moved in on December 4th 2018. Initially, they failed to show up for my appointment to view the unit and when my boyfriend couldn't be present they offered me 1 1/2 months I have had nothing but issues with Broadway Overlook in Baltimore, MD since I moved in on December 4th 2018. Initially, they failed to show up for my appointment to view the unit and when my boyfriend couldn't be present they offered me 1 1/2 months free rent and a $50 discount per month to make up for it. The problems have only continued since then; the bathroom has been leaking constantly, customer service is non-existent and staff are often unprofessional. After weeks of trying to get them to switch units they agreed but then told us the new unit was $400 over our budget - which we were not told when viewing it. Chealsie, Melissa (and Tiffany before she left) all give different information or just lie outright when confronted about it. Because of this I only communicate via email as I can go back and see what was originally stated in writing. It's clear that Broadway Overlook needs a major overhaul from office staff, maintenance workers and porters right down to cleaning the lobby which is often disgustingly unclean until someone speaks up about it. MrsKeyes is by far the best property manager that Broadway has had in the 5 years that I have been living here Not only does she listen but she understands where us as the tenants are coming from She can relate to us all on individual levels and she MrsKeyes is by far the best property manager that Broadway has had in the 5 years that I have been living here Not only does she listen but she understands where us as the tenants are coming from She can relate to us all on individual levels and she tries her best to make living here comfortable She involves herself by getting to know her tenants something most people wouldnt bother doing She does her job and she does it well Shes very professional KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK more ... hide ...

I would like to say since we have had a new property manager MsKeys things have been different I like that she dont just sit in the office all day I have seen her out cleaning up trash and she even came to fix my toilet when maintenance didnt I reall I would like to say since we have had a new property manager MsKeys things have been different I like that she dont just sit in the office all day I have seen her out cleaning up trash and she even came to fix my toilet when maintenance didnt I really appreciate her and all that she do she is the best property manager we have ever had and I hope she stays here forever she has definitely bought a light to broadway overlook more ... hide ...
