Don€™t bother trying to fill out an application to be put on a long waiting list. Most of the ppl that reside there are related. The property manger lives on the 1st floor (she has at least one relative that lives on this property in a different building) the maintenance lady lives next to her, the maintenance lady sister lives on the 2nd floor, the maintenance gentleman lives on the 3rd floor and they have relatives throughout the complex. I grew up around there and my mother still resides there. Someone should report the property manager. They€™re receiving government subsidy. This should be a violation. I won€™t list the building number because I€™m not sure if it would violate google community guidelines.more ...hide ...

Mary-Claire Murphy and Stephanie Hood continually lie and mistreat tenants, in an authorative manner, in an effort to make use of their entry level positions. Additionally, families are consistently complaining about the insufficient structure of their homes, along with a host of other inadequacies. In the same way, the Whiting-Turner construction team, who shows no respect for the neighborhood, with their incompetent employees, fails to execute safe procedures while on the job.
