Ive lived here for almost 2 years. I signed on when BMC properties owned this location and they were amazing in terms of responsiveness and maintenance. The maintenance man, Herschel, employed at this property was amazinIve lived here for almost 2 years. I signed on when BMC properties owned this location and they were amazing in terms of responsiveness and maintenance. The maintenance man, Herschel, employed at this property was amazing - our dishwasher broke the first week there and he replaced it the next day after we contacted management about it. He also fixed our sinks, gave us a new shower head, etc.Since new management took over, responsiveness has decreased entirely and we havent had a working microwave in 18 days despite emailing them about it the day after it occurred (it broke on a Sunday and they just arent reachable on weekends). It was stated that emergency issues have taken priority (issues which apparently take over 18 days to fix). People came by to see if they could figure out what was wrong and then just told us what we already knew, that the microwave doesnt work lol. They said they would replace it the NEXT DAY at 9AM. Its been 10 days since then. Im over it.This might seem like a small thing and definitely a first world problem but a microwave is a necessity for us and we literally just ~skip meals~ because we dont have the time too cook meals on the stove or in the oven. Not to mention, were paying a lot of money in rent and deserve to get what were paying for. Its just ridiculous at this point and Im so happy that Im moving out so I dont have to bug management anymore.The location is super cute and Ive loved living here. Its in an extremely convenient space, theres free parking in the back lot, a trail behind the complex, and overall just has a really good sense of home. Im really upset that new management is so removed and unhelpful that its just not worth it anymore. I could have bought and installed my own microwave by now and I would have if I knew it would take management ages to do this. With old management I would have rated this place 5 stars, no problem. But this has to change or more people are going to start leaving.more ...hide ...
