I moved to MD 2 years ago and rented out apartment in Gaithersbury and in Bethesda Because of financial difficulties now my low income qualified me for LIHTC
My contract to renting apartment will expire on the end of October 2022
I would like to stay in Bethesda area because I have family and friends here I am 68 yes old and will be not so easy for me to switch to new surroundings specially when I fell in love with Bethesda

Overall a decent building. Ive seen some complaints about staff, but most are pretty good (maintenance is a bit of a problem, and they censor anything not positive on the community web site). It keeps me up at night very often. Three major construction sites within 100 yards of my window since the day I moved in. Drilling, jackhammering, ripping up the road. Delivery trucks rattlign in the middle of the night. And that very loud industrial hum outside all night. I have to turn the TV very loud to hear it. I am moving as soon as I can. This is by far the smallest city Ive lived in, and by far the noisiest. Its driving me crazy. I wanna love this place (the inside is great). But it has made me despise it.more ...hide ...
