Grant, as he is often referred to, is enormously kind, patient, and considerate. Despite how often I call, he greets me warmly each and every time. Even when I think I may have taxed his patience with my many questions and/or concerns, he assures me that I am really no bother and proceeds to make certain I have whatever information I am seeking before closing the call. In short, Grant never fails at being polite and courteous. I am extremely happy with how I am time and time again treated with such remarkable kindness, genuine consideration, and unwavering support. I am hoping that with this review Grant will find himself rewarded in some very special way for his highly consistent and strong efforts in making me (and others Im sure) feel very valued as residents living and thriving within The Villages at Marley Station community.more ...hide ...
