I wish I could give it zero stars. There is no Internet, there was no ice, the bed was hard and old, the faucet in the bathtub did not work properly, and every time you flush the toilet it squealed at you loudly. The staff was not helpful with any of this and I told them it was ridiculous. I€™m pretty sure this is a local drug hotel. I€™m hoping that we don€™t have bedbugs when we get home. What a nightmare. There were two ice machines and neither of them were in working order and we were told that wasn€™t an amenity here. Front desk will not answer the phone so when we went to inquire about our problems there was a gentleman sleeping on the couch in the lobby. What goes on here?more ...hide ...

Maintenance is below standards, the units need to be rehabilitated and torn down and rebuilt. They are quick to send you to court for being a day 3 days late however very slow to make repairs if any there are repairs that should have been done when my kids were in school just so you know my children are now 24 and 20 and repairs have not been made yet. I would not let a dog live here. It€™s sad they receive federal funding yet the living is below substandard. When HUD comes to do inspections maybe they should actually speak to the tenants to really find out what is wrong with these buildings very disgusted and fed up.more ...hide ...
