He is very professional, orderly, and outstanding. He has provided me with great support with any difficulty I have had, from misplacing my keys to pointing out marks on the walls and helping me to fully comprehend my lease. This is especially significant to me since this is my first time renting an apartment, yet he was so patient throughout the entire procedure and his communication was superb! Whoever his supervisor is needs to keep him around! I appreciate all of the help and support he has given me, even responding to emails when I had any queries or worries. I think that is nice because some people expect you to call during the times they are open, which I don't think is fair or sensible. Yet, in my experience with Jhohan, he is the Assistant Property Manager here at Beales Grant and I am very impressed. Thanks for being reliable, as that definitely shows. I am a satisfied tenant here. Yayyyyyyyy! I will keep giving him his credit where it is due. I have no hesitation in doing that. Even when I first called in the beginning, asking questions and beginning the process, everything was swift and effortless thanks to Jhohan. So I have no reason not to praise him. Thanks Jhohan!
