Bad:Regrettably, the fire alarm has a mind of its own and will randomly beep, even with new batteries. The showers can also cause it to go off. Furthermore, before moving in we were promised one free month of rent, but that was not honored when it came time to renew the lease. We were also told we would receive a yearly benefit as returning residents, but that was not true.
