Process to apply for an apartment home was horrible My 67 year old mother fell in love with the place to finally be disappointed Follow up from staff was nonexistent We had to chase after staff to finally find out we needed to provide more infProcess to apply for an apartment home was horrible My 67 year old mother fell in love with the place to finally be disappointed Follow up from staff was nonexistent We had to chase after staff to finally find out we needed to provide more information after having already provided additional details and documents twice over 4 weeks We felt there was some sort of bias as we either didnt belong to the church on property or didnt share in the cultural background of most of the tenants We received dirty looks from tenants All being said facility is brand new and for the most part nicely built There is no pool and there is a lack of other amenities you would find in other fixed income senior communities I hope any future applicants have a better time then we didmore ...hide ...
