Stayed here a short while and knew a few people living here. Would not recommend. Built over a filled in marshland so the area is always filling with water. The location is one of the lowest in the are so all water flows

My mom lives there and the building has been left in clean. Rugs on the 3rd floor are stained very unhealthy. No one cleans trash shoot rooms disgusting. I have to visit my mom is there. I feel like I should be doing the
