The staff can be intrusive, spreading rumors and behaving condescendingly. The staff can be intrusive, spreading rumors and behaving condescendingly. In many cases, there are connections to nepotism and theft from the apartments, as well as invasions of privacy. It is unclear if the residents or staff are involved with drugs, since bags are exchanged in the evenings by the same people and vehicles, but no one seems to be seeing it except staff and police. A group of seniors have taken it upon themselves to know everyone's business, lying about their neighbors and creating a hostile atmosphere. Additionally, if you have a tiny dog, the seniors will cover their hands and want to pet it, which could lead to your pet ingesting a toxic substance. These same neighbors also often fall asleep with lit cigarettes, and burn cereals in microwaves. There is also no plan in place for evacuation in the event of an emergency at the nearby plant. The security cameras are also inadequate, too old and dim to be of any use. Finally, if someone trips and falls, they are not at fault and will not be responsible for medical bills. more ... hide ...
