My apartment had a gap in the front door lock from a previous break in that they never fixed the mailbox is broken and you cant receive mail here if you do anyone can access it and people just go through it They never fixed that Ive been here over a My apartment had a gap in the front door lock from a previous break in that they never fixed the mailbox is broken and you cant receive mail here if you do anyone can access it and people just go through it They never fixed that Ive been here over a year My apartment was broken into today emergency maintenance never answered or returned any calls and my balcony door is just wide tf open And the back door doesnt lock so ANYONE can access the building we get a lot of homeless people in here in the laundry room Oh and youd think theyd wanna be discreet about the back door to the building not locking NOPE They put a sign there letting any and everybody know that it doesnt lock and that the building is an easy access point I hate it here Oh and they raised rent too Oh anddd for 3 months there was no maintenance or anyone working at the leasing office and no trash pickup or anything Ive watched people get shot since living here as well more ... hide ...

I have lived at Capital Manor for some time now The maintenance staff is unbelievable The only real problem Ive had was when my washer blew up one night at 8pm and maintenance was there by 9pm The only complaint I have is that they wait until an appl I have lived at Capital Manor for some time now The maintenance staff is unbelievable The only real problem Ive had was when my washer blew up one night at 8pm and maintenance was there by 9pm The only complaint I have is that they wait until an appliance blows up to replace it as opposed to replacing a hot water heater washer dryer dishwasher etc thats 15 years old and should have been replaced years earlier Its a very quiet complex and many of the residents are longtimers I think they would be better at keeping long term great tenants if they offered more incentives to them instead of only new tenants who may only stay a year more ... hide ...
