Apartment B1 is in terrible shape and the maintenance man is substandard There is mold growing under the kitchen sink and in the corners of both bedroom closets I contacted the property manager about this issue many times to only get partial issues fApartment B1 is in terrible shape and the maintenance man is substandard There is mold growing under the kitchen sink and in the corners of both bedroom closets I contacted the property manager about this issue many times to only get partial issues fixed one at a time and still to this day their is still mold growing under my sink Also the pluming is terrible and I have to plunge the toilet every dayI am 32 years old and this is the first time in my life I have had this kind of plumbing issue I also requested the maintenance man wear booties over his shoes to keep my carpet clean and still very time he shows up he refuses to respect my home and wear the booties I have informed the property manger of this issues and she does not appear to have control over her maintenance man as he is outright defying her will Also the outlet powering the garbage disposal under the sink is not attached to a gfi circuit There is a gfi on the counter but when I trip it the garbage disposal still worksmore ...hide ...

I applied here and paid the application fee and they said I was approved and on the waiting list. They were talking to me for months like I was still approved and going up the waiting list. Then I called in July to see where I was in line and they said they send me a letter in June saying I wasn€™t (I never received said letter). They said it was an error on their end that they approved me in the first place, so I asked since it was an error on their end if they would waive the next application. The woman on the phone was very sharp and rude after I asked that and said they don€™t give refunds, I said no I would like the application WAIVED.
