I lived there for nine years 20 years ago and I was a great place to live. As a single mom I felt safe and knew if anything went wrong it would be fixed quickly. It was also a great part of town to live in.

I do NOT recommend this place to anyone, who is honest, easy going, and trys to get along with people! The management is rude, very disrespectful, does NOT abide by the hippa law. This is a great place to overdose on drugs. I believe the quota is 1 per day and some days they have like a bogo.If you work for a living your rent will be a minimum of 640 per month.
