On two occasions, the electricity suddenly stopped working in my boyfriend's apartment due to a circuit in the laundry room. Furthermore, there is a huge ROACH problem that the management are not honest about. The laundry area at the end of the building is full of these pests. When my bf saw a roach in his original apartment, they changed it, but the manager was rude to him when they found it out. All they did was lay down new carpet, but the drawers are broken and the bottom of the bathroom counter appears to have been eaten away by termites. We put diatomaceous earth down when we moved in, and there have been no more roaches in the apartment. The management is terrible - I would give them zero stars. And, to top it all off, the manager made a mistake and put my boyfriend's rent in the wrong account, and then asked for a receipt of the money order for her error. All of these issues have made his life more difficult. To avoid similar circumstances, it is best to opt for better management and personnel who will take the time to invest in their tenants. more ... hide ...
