I occupied the Red Lion for almost a year. I had to relocate due to problems with my neighbors and the noise. When that didn't work out, I was offered to move to a different unit at no cost or to break my lease without penalty. I have never had a manager like Rachel who was so understanding and thoughtful. I was always kept informed of the progress and the communication was excellent. I'm looking forward to a new experience elsewhere, but I doubt I'll ever find a manager as considerate as Rachel who is so concerned about her tenants. I could carry on and on. She provides giveaways, always posts on the community wall when tenants have questions or queries, and responds to messages promptly. Maintenance always takes care of my requests within 24 hours during the week and everything is taken care of. All in all, it's Ypsilanti so expectations of your neighbors and their visitors must be realistic. Red Lion Apartments are a great apartment to stay at The staff are always on top of things and are very friendly The overall place is very clean and a safe area especially in the gated community
