Worst apartment complex ever Will not return my calls has not returned my security deposit Have reach out left around 6 voicemails and they continue to not answer Will try and scam you by charging rent twice
Seems like they are working some of the riff raff out of there good tenants for the most part Wouldnt leave your car unlocked but safe enough to walk around
Management switched multiple times but overall no complaints Necessary repairs made in an appropriate time frame and ample notice provided before staff enter the home
Very poor management they will never answer your phone calls if you need anything If and when they do return your call its about 5 days later Oh and dont expect to get your security deposit back either when you move out And when you call them to ask Very poor management they will never answer your phone calls if you need anything If and when they do return your call its about 5 days later Oh and dont expect to get your security deposit back either when you move out And when you call them to ask about it and leave voice messages dont expect them to call you back either Other than that it was a nice town house but just super smallmore ...hide ...
I have been living in Creekwood for just a year but it is a very nice place Currently the rent is 460 a month for a 2 bedroom 2 bath TownhousennThe layout of the townhouse could be a bit better but once you are there it is actually not that bad When I have been living in Creekwood for just a year but it is a very nice place Currently the rent is 460 a month for a 2 bedroom 2 bath TownhousennThe layout of the townhouse could be a bit better but once you are there it is actually not that bad When you put your furniture in it seems larger then when it was empty The unit is in good shape and everything works Maintenance even checks on furnace filters dryer vents and fire detectors without asking they do give notice The heat and air work great and the utility bills are reasonable for utility bills lolnnYou do need to say something and stand your ground if people try to park in your spot I did have a little issue with that when I first moved in but I let it be known I wasnt going to play that and I expected a parking spot available to me in front of my building and it pretty much stopped The main thing with parking is to be sure that YOU tell your guests to park on the other side across from the buildings and enforce it If you do that then there is enough parking for tenants I am not sure why people cant understand to park in the spot IN FRONT of their unit other then they are everything we expect from years of Government Education Did you get the movie reference therennThe last thing I can say is that management has been very polite and fair with me so far The Office doesnt seem to be open much but I am not one to go to them for much anyway There is a drop box for rent and if you call and leave a message they will call back when they get it The Maintenance guy is wandering around all the time and is a nice guy so he can take care of most needs anywaynnIf you want to pay a good 150 a month or more you can get a nicer place but if you go in not expecting a palace you should be able to be very happy heremore ...hide ...

Out of the whole building who all came down to their warm lobby. My brother was the only one they made wait outside. This has been going on for quite some time. They have been trying to get him Kicked out because of them simply not liking him. He€™s never done anything to anyone there or who works there. They take advantage of him, steal from him, and just three days ago he was beat so bad he went into a grand mal seizure then to the hospital for overnight. It€™s gotten so bad not just with him but the whole establishment is going to Be kidding closely looked into. The police are aware, and it€™s gone as far as the State Representative of Michigan is personally getting involved.more ...hide ...
