I only gave this apartment two stars due to its outward appearance and the pool. The truth of the matter is that the maintenance staff are very nice, however, the office staff are a whole different story. There is one girl who is always unorganized, absent during office hours, rude and even threatens tenants if rent is late-even if it's her fault! When my fiancée and I tried to pay rent with a cashier's check it was an absolute hassle. She sent us a notice saying someone would enter our apartment whether we were there or not. When I asked why she wasn't at her scheduled hours she became furious and said perhaps I'd learn to pay on time and not take her kindness for granted (which was rare anyways). Other tenants said they had similar issues with her; she needs to be replaced soon! We plan on moving out before our lease ends since we regret signing it in the first place. On top of all this, I have an ant problem which I reported but no one ever showed up to fix it despite my clean home environment. more ... hide ...

I have lived here for a few months and loving it so far Very quiet and pleasant Apartment staff and even neighbors have been very friendly Office and maintenance is very responsive to any requests Grounds are kept clean
