We have been waiting since June 2016 for him to fix our toilet that runs constantly. Finally, we just gave up, since they pay the water bill and its not worth my time. We got a really bad snow storm, for three days with probably a foot of snow and he didnt even bother to clean the sidewalks or entryways. You could barely get into the building! Cars were getting stuck, but luckily we had a nice neighbor help us. We both had to call into work, because the parking lot was a mess and no one could get out. The only place to park was by the handicap ramp, and they gave me a warning violation!!! You can put a note on my car, but not clean the parking lot or salt so its safe for residents? Tried calling the office, about the parking lot conditions, but as usual they did absolutely nothing about the parking lot. Thank god were moving out soon! Save your money, and move someplace better.more ...hide ...
