Then, of course, it was ready just before rent was due. It took a long time for other problems to be fixed. There is a terrible cockroach infestation! They make you sign papers at move-in saying to notify them if you get cockroaches or bed bugs. Well, I did, and it has been more than a month and they are still here. It looks like they called their relatives. The building is also flooded or gets water during rainstorms. One time, it caused the hot water heater to go out for almost a week. There is no central air, making it hot. I only stay because of my lease, but I am looking for a way to get out. I'm exhausted not being able to have people over due to the cockroaches. Additionally, there are a lot of nasty people. They throw their trash everywhere and don't clean up after themselves. Some are even too lazy to take their trash to the dumpster in the parking lot. If you don't like cockroaches, heat, messiness, and not being notified when repairs will be made, this is not the place for you. more ... hide ...
