I love it here at Avon Park apartments I love the fact that Maintaince will take care of your needs only thing I have a problem with I just dont like seeing how bad the blinds look in peoples apartments if I didnt live here I would think it was ghett I love it here at Avon Park apartments I love the fact that Maintaince will take care of your needs only thing I have a problem with I just dont like seeing how bad the blinds look in peoples apartments if I didnt live here I would think it was ghetto which its not just needs new blinds put up Ive been here for 8 years they take care of the grounds and your garage leads you straight into your apartment they hav done an excellent job on the parking lot Hopefully the doors nd garage doors will all be painted and match soon I would refer ppl to live here however only if I knew they like to live in a nice quiet clean environment more ... hide ...

Well I lived there when I used to reside in Michigan I am an alumni of the University of Michigan Flint and my school was right around the corner from the complex that was a big plus for me to be so close to campus I loved the fact that I had a ga Well I lived there when I used to reside in Michigan I am an alumni of the University of Michigan Flint and my school was right around the corner from the complex that was a big plus for me to be so close to campus I loved the fact that I had a garage and also the inside of the Townhome was Very nice nOnly problems I ever had was that I could hear my neighbors blasting their music from time to time nAlso when I moved my deposit was returned minus 40 for a hole in the bathroom wall that thier own maintanence staff did he had to repair our towel rack and he made a big hole He covered it with putty I guess but never repainted They took it out of my deposit When I called and told them that wasnt our fault they agreed to return my 40 but never did nOverall a pretty cool place minus that more ... hide ...

I been living here for 3 years and they maintance on the apartments is horrible Also no one ever answer the phone my apartment needs so many updates the parking lot is horrible there is a big hole in my utility closet that has been there for ever th I been living here for 3 years and they maintance on the apartments is horrible Also no one ever answer the phone my apartment needs so many updates the parking lot is horrible there is a big hole in my utility closet that has been there for ever they just put board over it and when i called about it was told dont go in there my stove was broken when i moved in and the refrigerator is super old and its bringing super cold air in my home and ants during the summer If they work on fixing these apartments up things will be okay They can do better Also when i asked to upgrade to a three bedroom i was told none were open but i knew the person who moved out also the pricing is too high for the interior of this apartment more ... hide ...

I was with a friend trying to find an apartment for him and we came across these and I think they look absolutely amazing They have a onecar garage which is a super bonus I hope he goes for a tour
