This is a housing project based on income, if I had the funds to pay an extra fifty dollars for a mistake they made, I wouldn't be living here.*If you get a note on your front doorstep indicating that construction workers are coming to the area, it is best to immediately move your belongings away from any potential work areas (even if you don't know precisely where they will be, you might still get an angry voicemail when you return).*Drive carefully because a majority of the neighbors are attempting to cause a crash in the parking lot, while the other half are trying to get insurance claims by being hit there.*Avoid the local park, or else you will end up as the local babysitter for the neighborhood children. What a delightful place to reside. So sophisticated here.more ...hide ...

This place was a true dump before Lockwood took over--I was disgusted at the apartment I was shown. That isnt family--that is laziness and terrible management. Luckily I came back--the place is clean, new and safe. The water is hot, the roads are plowed, and the staff do go out of their way to help--and I needed help. I understand they have to be rigid--look at the way the place was run previously! The dirt, the damage, no maint, no turnover. Look at it now. Ill go with strict and following the rules.more ...hide ...

But, more importantly, they care deeply about the residents€™ comfort and safety. They strive to make this a community, rather than just a place to live. The grounds are beautifully kept and landscaped by professionals, and there are plenty of areas where anyone can working on gardens, as well. They even added elevated vegetable and flower gardens to help those who need to avoid bending! There€™s a dog run for tiny dogs and doggie doo stands with bags ready for use. And there is so much more! Please consider visiting Cleveland Manor just to see a wonderful place to enjoy life.more ...hide ...
