I had a laundry room flood situation w/my wash machine & Skyler.. maintenance authority.. immediately responded, after hours, w/all the needed equipment to take care of the worse possible situation. He got things immediately under control & said he€™d be back in the morning to investigate further & was right on time. I€™m happy to report that all is fixed & working well. I€™d also like to mention that while he was here he tended to another concern of mine & gave me the peace of mind I needed with excellence, professionalism & kindness. I truly love where I live. I wish more people could see the good in these difficult times knowing that management is affected as well and we need more compassion & patience.more ...hide ...
