Ive been living here almost 13years The Rental staff and Maintenance staff has been consistant with understanding my needs as a Resident and keeping the Townhomes a Beautiful and well maintained This Has continuednto be a great place to live

We had an extremely stressful couple of months preparing to move to the area I called dozens of apartments and worried we would never find a place for a reasonable price with dependable management Kim in the office was by FAR the most kind and helpfu We had an extremely stressful couple of months preparing to move to the area I called dozens of apartments and worried we would never find a place for a reasonable price with dependable management Kim in the office was by FAR the most kind and helpful person I talked to throughout the entire process and continued to surpass our expectations throughout our entire time living here She made the application process move in process and move out process so easy and stress free and we will miss her so much The maintenance team is the same way When we first moved in the previous renter had caused some plumbing problems so we had to put in a handful of maintenance requests They showed up every single time in less than 24 hours and were always so kind and never once complained They kept showing up until it was fixed and we appreciate them so much They also were very on top of lawn care and keeping the community clean which was awesome In the winter all the parking lots were plowed immediately the next morning after a big snow fallnnHere are some specific experiences we hadnWe didnt pay for an updated apartment because we thought we would be okay with the older appliances We actually got a brand new stove a couple days after moving in which was awesome however the dishwasher and some faucets were just a bit older than we were expecting Again we made the choice to not pay for the updated apartment we just didnt think the older ones would be as old as they were Everything still worked great though and we never had any issuesnThe walls here are THICK We were worried about this moving in as well because my boyfriend works from home and is on the phone all day We never once heard our neighbors talking through the walls ever However one of our neighbors had little kids and we would hear some sort of pounding from them daily Almost like the kids were constantly jumping onto the floor from an elevated surface It often made our puppy jump up in fear out of a dead sleep This isnt really a con on the complexs part just unlucky with our neighbors They were always very nice to us thoughnThese same neighbors often had multiple guests over which would result in us not having a place to park which was unfortunate as we were the ones paying to live there Not the end of the world but got a little old after a while Again not really the complexs fault just an inconvenience for us Maybe parking passes in the future could helpnnOverall we had great experiences here and are going to miss it It was a great first home away from home more ... hide ...

We made so many great memories here, the most cherished being when we got hitched at the Clubhouse in February of 2019. If you're trying to save some money and would like a smaller wedding, it is the ideal place and photographs beautifully! The only reason we are leaving is because we bought our first house! (Yay!) For anyone who is thinking about moving here, look no more! We relocated here from another state and had to rely on the 3D walkthrough, which was precise! For those who like being active, the sidewalk along 43rd and through Eastcastle is great for getting some fresh air exercise - I have always felt secure. Just keep in mind, with leasing you are going to have some renters who may not be the most considerate of your peace and quiet. You can tell the office and they will take care of it right away.
