The size of the rooms is great, and I get to capture stunning sunsets every night—each one being uniquely beautiful. The views from the different rooms are all different and you can't beat the price of living in the downtown area. The property manager and maintenance staff are very helpful. Although the apartment can be stuffy, I always leave at least one window open. Most of the tenants are friendly, though I do have two issues. Drug users and homeless people often try to sneak in behind me. Recently, a known drug user attempted to do so, and when I denied him entry, he became verbally abusive and started banging on the elevator doors while we were in it. I was really scared that he'd be physically violent. My other issue is with the washing machines—they are not cleaned regularly. I hold the company responsible for servicing the machines accountable for that. All in all, this place is perfect for a senior citizen like me. Thanks for the disinfectant wipes!more ...hide ...
