We loved it here Spent almost 2 yearsnnExcellent and attentive staff who remember us by our exact apartment number and building and love our doggo They communicate well and if something isnt as it should be they are eager and kindly communicative to We loved it here Spent almost 2 yearsnnExcellent and attentive staff who remember us by our exact apartment number and building and love our doggo They communicate well and if something isnt as it should be they are eager and kindly communicative to remedy it Staff is kind and attentive complex is clean and the neighbors are friendly and not invasive or abrasivennThe dog park is well maintained and the maintenance is very prompt We are notified when maintenance needs to do preventative maintenance checks in advance Dogs are well behaved and our doggo hasnt had a negative interaction yetnnThere is an independent as in the front office doesnt regulate flow of packages standalone utility next to the Admin Main office building for delivering packages parcels so they dont get delivered to your door Instead you get an access code that you use with a free app Parcel Pending that unlocks a specific locker and opens to reveal your item which is different each time Its nice because you can add additional individuals to your unit and use your phone number or that individual access code per package that gets texted to you Its handy and I could see this being less than convenient in the snowywindyhigh precipitation days of MInAND its SUPER NICE because YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT YOUR PACKAGES GETTING STOLENnJust dont forget to set it up PRIOR to receiving your first package There is a charge for leaving your package for an extended period of time which is understandablennThe apartment we had top level stays cool in the summer and warm in the winternnAfter our 1 year lease was up we went monthtomonthwhich increased our rent by 300 after already being increased by about 100something shrug probably because of inflation or changes in cost of living cant remembernnUtilities not included water internet electric trash sewernnOutlier variable on our day of move in there was actually a lady cleaning the apartment which is probably uncommon The paint on the doors is very thin and the balcony but shrug its not a deal breaker And if thats the main thing Im concerned about thats a very good signnWe would live here again DnAnyhoo hope this helps more ... hide ...
