HORRIBLE management HORRIBLE place to live or work The manager assistant manager and district leader are untrustworthy conniving selfish powermoney hungry and they dont care about you I have heard the assistant manager threaten to physically fight t HORRIBLE management HORRIBLE place to live or work The manager assistant manager and district leader are untrustworthy conniving selfish powermoney hungry and they dont care about you I have heard the assistant manager threaten to physically fight tenants and have heard her be extremely racist to tenants The repairs are done basically to cover things up not to fix them I am sure they would fail all statefederal inspections They have no tools or supplies I was told using my vehicle was a choice and I did for a while but when I chose to stop I was fired on the spot During the time I worked there I had trouble logging in my time and I Informed the manager and district leader where I was told they would fix it However when I got my check it was missing 3 days of pay They refused to make it right I have seen first hand that the manager does not work with the tenants and will send others to evict people at the earliest convenience This company doesnt care about its employees or its tenants Would NOT Recommend to my worst enemy more ... hide ...

I currently live here and they have fixed the drinking water problem great place to live
