Weve been living here for almost 2 years the property is nice and neighbors are very friendlynUnfortunately the whole time Ive lived here while maintenance has been quick to respond they do a very poor job of actually solving the problem that you nee Weve been living here for almost 2 years the property is nice and neighbors are very friendlynUnfortunately the whole time Ive lived here while maintenance has been quick to respond they do a very poor job of actually solving the problem that you need help with They also recently changed management the old property manager Megan was great very kind helpful understanding and responsive The new property manager that has been here for a few months is unbelievably rude and doesnt do much if anything to be of any assistancenThey give you parking stickers upon moving in which was supposed to be a way of keeping random people from parking in the resident parking areas but almost nobody has them and theres never any room to park near your home which is especially tough with kiddos in tow Rent is painfully high and just getting worse and while the townhouses are adequate enough its really not much space for a familynAt first I was SO excited to move in here but we are hoping to buy a house in the next 6 months and be out of here as soon as we can definitely consider other options more ... hide ...

It's only been a week since moving in and I'm already loving it here! Meagan, the property manager, was super nice when I applied and when I went to pick up my keys. The maintenance staff are also very friendly, and they take care of shoveling snow and salting pathways.The layout of the apartment is roomy and sunny, and there is a lot of closet space. The best part is the in-unit laundry! When I moved in, the walls were freshly painted, new carpeting, and everything was squeaky clean. It's a much better experience than my old apartment complex.The neighborhood is peaceful and I feel secure. Shopping is close by just a short trip down Shaver Road, and the South Westnedge Dog Park is a 7 minute drive. US-131 isn't too far away either.The kitchen appliances are a bit outdated and there's no microwave, but they're all very clean and in good condition, so I'm not bothered by the look.I'm excited to see how beautiful it will be here in the spring and summer! more ... hide ...
